  Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

  Was disappointed, never stayed in a Ramada Hotel before and expected more quality. Room was hardly "deluxe" needs some updating we think. Had children and in such a large hotel really expected a pool and or a hot tub. Rugs were in dire need of cleaning.

  Well they never had my reservation in file when I checked in... said they never received from Booked.net Lucky for me they were not sold out, but we got a room with a less thna stellar view

  They were accommodating even though they hadn't received my reservation from the website.

  Breakfast buffet was not included in the room a's promised on the website booking.

  The carpet in our room was filthy. The restaurant was understaffed and what staff were there were totally ill equipped. Food late arriving and then arrived cold. Drunks next door very noisy, using offensive lanuagem and trying to get into our room through connecting door. Pillows very uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were stratchy. We left after one night - were originally booked to stay for two.

  It has a beautiful lobby and atrium with a lounge and restaraunts.

  TV in room is too small. Most rooms I stay in for that price has wide screen TV's. After I checked in and went up to my room there were 2 people sleeping in the hall outside my room with their bottle of wine beside them. Very poor shower head in shower with little pressure.

  Good location, reasonable price

  Had some trouble verifying my online booking even though I had my printed copy with pin # and other pertinent info. The problem was eventually dealt with by the on duty superviser. The rug in my room was in need of a good cleaning or replacement.

  It was the host hotel for the bridge tournament we attended. The hotel lost our Booked.net reservation but gave us a weekly rate which was a good adjustment for the inconvenience. The room was clean and spacious.

  The hotel needs renovation. Our elevator was in terrible condition, the room had somechipped furniture, there were carpet stains in some hallways, etc. It was also noisy. Any time there was activity in the parking lot we could hear it. There was also an extremely loud bird outside our window. We had the "do not disturb" sign on for a few days and after that the hotel staff decided that we didn't want our room cleaned even when the sign was off the door.

  Free parking! Breakfast was really good!

  The entrance door was not automatic. There was hair all over our bathroom. There were two spots on our rug that were sticky. We were not forewarned about the airport and it's loud noise. We were in the east tower that we were told was non smoking tower, yet smelled of smoke. The vending machines had nothing sugar free. The cable guide was terrible, as connection must be very poor.

  I was confirmed at a rate of $101.15 which I was refused They initially charged me a rate of $119 plus tax but after arguing ( I forgot my confirmation at home) the lowest rate they would give me was $104.

  A good price, great location.

  I like how you wish to be environmentally friendly (towels and bed sheets), but you are contradictry with your statement. If you are going to be enviro friendly, replace your 4 gallon toilet tanks with modern low flush tanks. Other hotels have. With that being said, you should update your whole washroom. New carpet and refresh the paint and you would have a beautiful hotel. One other concern, replace your plywood mattresses with comfortables ones. I love sleeping on hotel mattresses and this is the only one I have ever slept on that deterred me. Up all night. Better mattress, and I will return, if not, sorry I will not return. Thanks for the survey.

  Setting and atmosphere in Lobby area with restaurant and Sports Lounge. Enjoyed the decor on Main level. Also enjoyed lunch in the Botanica restaurant. All staff very friendly and helpful.

  Although room was comfortable, it would have been nice to have an extra armchair and end table or coffee table to put beverages and snack foods on while watching tv or reading newspapers. A lot of empty space.
